PL_28 is a residential complex with three independent entrances. Each is conceived as a separate three-storey section, with generous living spaces directly connected to verandas.

The inclined facade surfaces catch the low light of sunset, making the transition from day to night part of the architectural expression. A six-car underground garage is organised beneath the shared volume.
